We were happy to be a part of the Access Biotech China conference in Leiden!

Our Life Sciences Director Henk Joos and Geeske In 't Velt-Koolhaas from 3EACON will open the conference with some interesting statements about the Chinese and European healthcare market. Many interesting topics were discussed during these opening statements, one more controversial and open for debate than the other.

Besides hosting the entire day, Henk also held a short presentation about the Chinese Life Sciences sector, landscape, hubs, opportunities & future expectations, together wih our client Steven Powell from eTheRNA Immunotherapies. Nico Schiettekatte, Counselor for Health, Welfare & Sport at Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in China and Javier Guodong Jia, CEO at OBIO Technology were the other two panelists in this session. Our other client Mark Vaeck from Complix were also part of the program, where he discussed partnering with Chinese companies and/or investors.
